Seasons Greeting, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from all of us at Pendle Forklifts!
What a great year it’s been! We are so pleased to have been able to do so much for all of our customers across forklift sales, hire and training throughout 2022.
This year has been our first year being as a CESAB dealer, and what a success it has been. With record sales of new trucks, we’ve been proud to represent and supply the brand to our customers. Through our new Pendle Forklifts sales team, Lee Whittaker and Josh Emmott, we’ve been able to work with businesses across the North West and Yorkshire and supply these fantastic new CESAB forklifts to meet their business needs.
As we’ve see growth in our sales, hire and overall supply of forklifts, we’ve also added additional engineers to our team to ensure that we can meet the demand for servicing and maintenance. This allows us to work with our customers to keep their fleet running and maintained to the high standards that they expect.
We have high standards for ourselves as well and were pleased to pass our accreditation again for the ISO 9001 and ISO 45001. ISO 9001 is a standard based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. ISO 45001 shows our commitment to improving employee safety, reducing workplace risks and creating better, safer working conditions.
